Seller Levels
Misplay.gg uses a 5-level seller system designed to protect buyers and sellers while rewarding trustworthy members with increased limits and lower fees. Progress through the levels by building your reputation and completing successful transactions.
How Seller Levels Work
Build Trust
Start at Level 1 with basic selling privileges. Complete sales, maintain high ratings, and keep disputes low to prove your reliability.
Advance Levels
Meet the requirements to automatically advance to Levels 2-3. Levels 4-5 require manual approval and are reserved for established sellers and businesses.
Unlock Benefits
Higher levels unlock increased listing values, lower platform fees, and the ability to sell higher-priced individual items.
Understanding Premium Membership
Premium is an optional paid subscription, available at every seller level. It is separate from your seller level: subscribing does not change your level, your listing value limits, or your platform fees, and reaching a higher level does not include a Premium subscription.

Special Requirements
Requires Stripe Connect Standard Account, business verification documentation, and enhanced identity verification. Established sellers or those with proven track records from other platforms can submit a support ticket to request level advancement.
Verified Seller Benefits
Levels 4 and 5 earn the lowest platform fees, the highest listing value limits, and a shortened payout hold. Premium is a separate optional subscription.

Reserved for storefronts and businesses with exceptional performance. Unlimited listing value with premium account benefits included.

Automatic Advancement
Levels 1-3: Your seller level is checked daily. When you meet all requirements for the next level, you'll be automatically promoted.
Levels 4-5: These levels require manual approval. If you meet the requirements and would like to be considered for advancement, submit a support ticket with your seller history and business information.
Protection & Security
The seller level system protects both buyers and sellers by gradually increasing privileges as trust is earned through successful transactions.
Chargebacks, unresolved disputes, or policy violations may result in level reductions. Maintain good standing by providing accurate listings, shipping promptly, and resolving issues professionally.
Level 4-5 Approval Process
Levels 4 and 5 require manual approval to ensure the highest standards of trust and professionalism. Here's what you need to qualify and how the process works.
Level 4 Approval
Automatic Qualifications
- 100+ completed sales
- 4.5+ star rating
- 50+ reviews
- ≤1.5% chargeback rate
- No unresolved disputes
Required Documents
- Government-issued ID (driver's license or passport)
- Stripe Connect Standard Account with business verification
- Business documentation (if applicable):
- Business license OR
- Tax ID (EIN) OR
- DBA registration
Verification Process
- Submit support ticket "Request Level 4 Advancement"
- Upload required documents
- Complete 15-minute video verification call to:
- Confirm identity
- Review selling practices
- Verify inventory legitimacy
- Discuss fraud prevention
- Receive decision within 5 business days
Level 5 Approval (Storefronts)
Automatic Qualifications
- 300+ completed sales
- 4.7+ star rating
- 150+ reviews
- ≤1% chargeback rate
- No unresolved disputes
Business Requirements
- W-9 or W-8BEN tax form
- Business Tax ID (EIN for US or equivalent)
- Proof of business registration:
- LLC/Corp articles of incorporation OR
- DBA registration OR
- Seller's permit OR
- Business license
- Business website or established online presence
- Inventory verification (photos of storage + insurance recommended)
Verification Process
- Submit support ticket with all business documents
- Complete 30-minute business verification call covering:
- Inventory management systems
- Fraud prevention & compliance
- Business growth plans
- Receive decision within 7 business days
Migrating from another platform? If you have 300+ sales on TCGPlayer, eBay, or similar marketplaces, mention this in your application for expedited review.

- Sellers can be demoted or suspended for policy violations, chargebacks, or declining performance
